Resilient Freelancer Conference – Terms and Conditions

Thank you for registering for the Resilient Freelancer Conference (“Event”), a paid two-day virtual conference designed for freelance writers. By completing your registration, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration and Access

Upon purchase, you will receive access to the live virtual sessions scheduled for the dates of the Event, as well as any recordings or materials made available after the conference.

2. Use of Likeness

Please note that the Event may be recorded in part or in full. If you attend any of the live virtual sessions and appear on camera, your image, name, or likeness may be captured in the recording.

These recordings may be used by the speakers for future marketing, promotional, or educational purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, or digital courses.

By attending the live sessions, you grant permission for such use without compensation or further consent. If you prefer not to appear in recordings, we recommend keeping your camera turned off during the sessions.

3. Access to Recordings

As a registrant, you will receive lifetime access to the Event recordings. If, at any point in the future, the recordings need to be removed from the hosting platform, you will be notified via email with adequate notice and instructions to download the videos to your own device for continued personal access.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for this Event, including for missed sessions or scheduling conflicts.

5. Code of Conduct

We are committed to creating a respectful and inclusive environment for all attendees. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove any participant from the Event without a refund if these terms are violated.

6. Changes to the Event

We reserve the right to make changes to the speaker lineup, session schedule, or platform used for the Event. Any significant changes will be communicated to registered attendees as soon as possible.
